Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti insists he wants to stay next season,

After Real's Champions League semifinal defeat to Manchester City, it's been suggested Ancelotti will take up the offer from the Brazilian Football Federation.

But he said: "I think you all know my situation, I don't want to terminate my contract. I want to stay until 2024."

On talks with president Florentino Perez, he continued: "Yesterday we held a meeting.

"He showed his support and we talked about Wednesday's match. We are going ahead with the same confidence that we will do things right. Did I receive guarantees? Yes."
