Rayo Vallecano midfielder Isi admits he's proud playing with Radamel Falcao.
Isi says the 37 year-old is a great role model for the club's young players.
He said of the former Atletico Madrid star: "It's a privilege to be with him. He has taught me a lot on a personal, professional and human level. For those of us who are younger, it has served as reflection and humility.
"We have seen him in painful moments, because he wants to be a protagonist and he has always been very competitive and he wants to play and he has not always been able to achieve it.
"Falcao is a very good teammate, a very good person. In every training session he trains like the best, he never puts on a bad face. Seeing it that way is essential. It guides the path for people who are younger and it is very important for us, because the dose he gives us of humility makes us see what life and football are.
"He is a great person and it is a dream to share a dressing room with him."
