Kuba maintained his progress with FC Tokyo and now 18 is ready to return to Europe.
Barca and Real Madrid had both expressed interest in bringing the teen back to Spain this summer, but they now appear to have been beaten to his signature by PSG.
Sponichi Annex reports Kuba, now off contract from FC Tokyo, has agreed to move to PSG after accepting a salary offer of €827,000.
