Newcastle Jets have named Inspirations Paint as their new major sponsor for the 2015/16 season, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/.

Under the terms of the deal, the Newcastle-based specialist paint company, which has 130 stores across Australia, will sponsor the Jets' men's A-league side, with Inspirations Paint branding featuring on the front of the team's away shirts and on the back of the home shirts.

In addition, Inspirations Paint will sponsor the club's women's side, which plays in the W-League for all their matches.

Newcastle Jets interim chief executive, David Eland, said: "Inspirations Paint are eager to engage with football fans not only in Newcastle, but across Australia.

"In the meetings our staff have had with Inspirations Paint's representatives thus far, there has been an overwhelming and authentic synergy between the organisations."

Inspirations Paint chief executive officer, Robert Guy, said: "We wanted to support a football code that reaches Australians everywhere we have a store; from Newcastle to Nerang to Nunawading".

"Regardless of Inspirations Paint's national reach, our heritage lies with Newcastle and this made the partnership decision an easy one."
