New York Red Bulls are believed to be showing considerable interest in Sacha Kljestan.
Goal.com suggests the Red Bulls are in hot pursuit of the Anderlecht midfielder and are expected to tie up a deal this month.
29-year old Kljestan, who has played 46 times for the USA, was close to joining LA Galaxy last summer but it appears as though the Red Bulls' change in management could lure the former Chivas USA man to the Red Bull Arena.
Kljestan played alongside new Red Bulls head coach Jesse Marsch during his career with the Goats and was also a part of the US side that Mike Petke's replacement was assistant coach of in 2010/11.
