Notts County's move for former Sevilla midfielder Diego Capel is still on.

The Sun says the Magpies' bid to sign Spain winger Capel is being held up by fresh wage demands.

County are willing to give the free agent £10,000 a week, plus £5,000 a game. But his advisers want more after checking the amount of UK tax he would pay.

The League Two club are frustrated while Capel , 30, lets the middle men haggle and possibly wreck the chance of his move.
