Nottingham Forest have made an offer for Zenit St Petersburg midfielder William Barrios.
Barrios has long attracted interest from England.
And transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting Forest have tabled a €4m offer for the midfielder.
However, Zenit have rejected the proposal, insisting he won't leave for less than €15m.
The Colombia international, 29, has been with Zenit since 2019.
