Napoli sports director Cristiano Giuntoli insists coach Rino Gattuso was never questioned inside the club.

Before last night's Coppa Italia triumph against Spezia, president Aurelio De Laurentiis met with the team, staff and coach last night, then released a statement confirming his 'full confidence' in Gattuso.

“We were pleased to have the President was with us and we are all very happy with what he said about Gattuso," said Giuntoli
