Everton midfielder James McCarthy says they're excited to be in the Europa League.
Everton resume their campaign tonight in Switzerland against Young Boys.
"It is obviously a big competition," McCarthy said. "We knew last season, when we were pushing for the European places, we wanted to get in the Champions League places, but unfortunately we fell short of that but it was a massive achievement for the club.
"We're delighted to be involved in this competition and it's so far, so good. We've done well but we won't get carried away, this is another big test for us.
"We want to go as far as we can, you qualify for the Champions League if you go on to win it. But we won't get ahead of ourselves yet."
