Hoffenheim are in talks with Maximilian Beier about a new contract.
The young striker is being followed in England by Liverpool, Everton and Brentford amid talk of his contract carrying a €20m buyout clause.
Kicker says TSG management are now in talks with Beier's management about an improved deal and an increase in his clause.
Hoffenheim coach Pellegrino Matarazzo has said of his young attacker: "He does a really good job and his speed is an absolute weapon, but his work mentality and the goal threat he exudes are also good for the team.
"I'm looking forward to his next steps."
