J-League club Yokohama F. Marinos are keen for Celtic star Shunsuke Nakamura to rejoin the club. Nakamura made his debut for Yokohama in 1997 and made close to 150 appearances for the club up until 2002 and the rumours that he may return are beginning to gather momentum. According to Japan Football Association's president Saburo Kawabuchi, Nakamura has basically made his decision. "I spoke to him after the game and he said to me, 'My child is approaching the age of going to nursery school and I'm 30.' It sounded like he's made up his mind to come back," Kawabuchi told Japanese media. Yokohama are reportedly going to make an attempt to sign the attacking midfielder in the January transfer window.
