Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed talks with the FA about Alejandro Garnacho.
The young winger may be in hot water over a social media post where he used two gorilla emojis to refer to goalkeeper Andre Onana and Harry Maguire.
Onana, who saved a last minute penalty in the game to keep the scoreline at 1-0 to United, posted in defense of Garnacho on social media as well.
"Not [concerned] in this moment. We are talking with the FA," Ten Hag explained to reporters.
"I can confirm that and want to emphasise we are together, we are United, and you see that in the post of Andre Onana."
Onana wrote on X and Instagram: "People cannot choose what I should be offended by. I know exactly what @agarnacho7 meant: power and strength. This matter should go no further. AO24."
