Liverpool loanee Glatzel scores first league goal for Tranmere Rovers

Liverpool loanee Paul Glatzel put in an impressive display for Tranmere Rovers on the weekend.

The youngster, who is only 20, got his first ever league goal for the club on Saturday.

Glatzel scored from a corner to help his side to a draw after they had fallen 2-0 behind to Bristol Rovers away from home.

He also set up Callum MacDonald for the other goal, and recently scored a brace in an EFL Trophy game.

The Reds will be closely monitoring Glatzel to assess whether he has the quality to make the step up to the first team in the near future.
