Andrea Pirlo was full of praise for Frank Lampard after the Englishman called time on his New York City FC career.

38-year-old midfielder Lampard has announced that his two-year stint with the MLS club has 'come to an end' and with that comes the best wishes of teammate Pirlo who also arrived in New York in 2015.
