Inverness Caley boss Terry Butcher has played down talk of a return to Ipswich Town.
Butcher has cemented his reputation in Scotland by re-establishing Inverness in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League and has led Caley Thistle to three consecutive wins, despite losing a number of his better players in the summer and seeing his budget cut.
That has seen his name linked with the Ipswich post but the former Motherwell and Brentford manager said: "It's just paper talk and speculation.
"It's one of my old clubs, the club I started playing football with.
"So it's nice to be mentioned in terms of that but that's all it is, just paper talk."
