Inter Milan midfielder Calhanoglu: Spezia no factor in Porto prep

Inter Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu says the players will be ready for tonight's Champions League clash at Porto.

Coming off the back of defeat to Spezia on Friday, Inter go into the round of 16 second-leg defending a 1-0 aggregate lead.

Calhanoglu said: "We've been waiting for this match for a long time, we can't wait. We hope to go through, we're excited.

"We analysed the match against Spezia, but the Champions League is something else and our journey in the Cup so far has always been good. We know their qualities, they have strong players and a coach who is doing a great job.

"Right now we have to look only at ourselves, it all depends with us.

"Me MVP in the first leg? I certainly want to confirm myself but it's more than personal recognition that I'm interested in, it's about winning and going through."
