Gino Infantino is delighted with his move to Fiorentina.
The Argentine midfielder signed for the Viola from Rosario Central on Thursday.
He said: "It's a dream for me to be here in a historic team like Fiorentina. I really wanted this chance. I thank the club and I want to give everything for this shirt. My origins are Italian, from my father.
"I'm learning the language and I will always improve. In Argentina everyone dreams of being able to play in Europe. When I had the opportunity from Fiorentina, I didn't have the slightest doubt. I dreamed of Serie A and I hope to stay in Florence for a long time.
"The stadium is top-level, I've never seen anything like it before. They told me about it but now I've seen it. I want to work and give my best.
"When they told me about the possibility of coming to Fiorentina, I had no doubts, I asked to close everything in a short time, I want to win and become a champion here, to enter the history of this club.
