Former Lokomotiv Moscow president Olga Smorodskaya says Arsen Zakharyan faces a huge test at Chelsea.
Chelsea are set to pay the 19 year-old's €15m buyout clause to take him to London.
"Moving to England, and even more so to Chelsea, is a huge jump in Arsen's career," Smorodskay told Sport-Express.
"So far, it is difficult to imagine him in the starting lineup of a top club. But it will be interesting to watch Zakharyan in England."
Smorodskaya also said: "Sanctions will really prevent Dynamo from getting at least some of the money. This could play a decisive role in Zakharyan's transfer. Chelsea can offer Dynamo a player on loan or something else. But any club wants to get money for a player."
