Manchester City striker Julian Alvarez is being backed for a move to Real Madrid.
Alvarez signed for City in January before formally arriving over the summer from River Plate.
The youngster was outstanding for Argentina in their World Cup winning campaign.
And his former coach at River, Rafarl Varas, told Radio Continential: "What this boy made is incredible, the goal he scored against Croatia was incredible.
"I believe that a player like him could go to a club like Real Madrid - and at any time!"
