Everton are willing to sell talented midfielder Ryan Ledson.

The Liverpool Echo says Ledson has been offered the chance to leave Everton on a permanent deal.

League Two sides Oxford United and Portsmouth have both registered their interest in the 19-year-old Academy product.

Ledson enjoyed a successful loan period with Cambridge United last season, making 27 appearances between November and April, and his performances have prompted Oxford and Pompey to make a move for the midfielder.

The talented teenager was part of the England under-19 squad that took part in this summer's European Championships and is now a player in demand.
