Liverpool have secured the loan signing of Schalke defender Ozan Kabak.
The 20-year-old centre-back will move to Anfield on loan until the end of the season.
The Reds will then have an option - not an obligation - to sign Kabak on a permanent basis in the summer for £18m.
It is believed Liverpool have paid a loan fee of £1m for the Turkey international, who made 14 Bundesliga appearances this season.
The move is subject to Premier League approval.
Kabak joins Ben Davies as Liverpool's deadline day signings.
Jurgen Klopp has lost all four of his senior centre-backs to injury in recent weeks, but will now have two more options at the position.
