Former Manchester City assistant manager Domenec Torrent has been named coach of Flamengo.
The Spaniard succeeds Jorge Jesus, after he left Fla to take charge of Benfica.
Torrent, whose last job was head coach of New York City FC, has signed a deal to the end of next year.
