Todd Kane says he's determined to make it at Chelsea.
The fullback is currently playing in the Eredivisie on-loan with NEC Nijmegen.
Kane was offered the chance to join Chelsea's partner club, Vitesse Arnhem, but explained: "I wanted to get out of my comfort zone.
"Getting back to Chelsea is the end goal. I want to succeed in London."
On the Eredivisie, he also told AD: "Football is a contact sport. But here you cannot tackle. In that respect, a whole new world opened up for me. I find it strange.
"Football is not a women's sport? But here they are too quick to scream and get a free kick. That is impossible in England."
