Brighton midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud could be in line for a move back to the Bundesliga.
The 28-year-old signed as a free agent in the summer, but has not played as much as expected.
He has been on the periphery of the team under head coach Roberto De Zerbi.
Per The Express, Brighton are assessing whether they can get Dahoud go in the winter.
De Zerbi does not want to weaken his squad, but also knows the player wants more game time.
Clubs in Germany, such as VFB Stuttgart, are serious about securing Dahoud in the coming hours.
