Former AC Milan chief Ariedo Braida has warned Juventus against allowing Paulo Dybala to leave.
Off contract in June, Dybala has seen talks over a new deal with Juve stall.
Cremonese chief Braida has revealed he considered signing the Argentine when part of the front office at Barcelona.
He told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "When he was in Palermo I pointed him to Barcelona but we didn't take him into consideration because he had no important precedents.
"Now he is in the full swing of maturity.
"If I were in Juventus, I would think carefully before letting him go."
