Sadio Mane was full of praise for Bayern Munich teammate Joao Cancelo after victory over Augsburg.

Cancelo, on-loan from Manchester City, struck in the 5-3 thriller.

Mane told Sport1 afterwards: "What a player! Today (yesterday) we saw again that João is one of the best in the world.

"He is so good. We are very happy that he is playing with us. I would like to see him here next season as well. We need exactly that type of player."

Cancelo is so far recorded one goal and four assists in eight games for Bayern Munich.
