Arsenal are reportedly close to signing AC Arles-Avignon midfielder Ismael Bennacer.
French publication L'Equipe is reporting the 17-year-old has turned down a move to Manchester City in favour of signing with the Gunners. Bennacer made six appearances first team for Arles-Avignon last season.
