Arsenal fullback Kieran Tierney admits growing up following the game of Shunsuke Nakamura.
Tierney could relate to the former Celtic star thanks to his wand of a left foot.
"Shunsuke Nakamura was one I looked up to because he was left-footed. I've always looked up to the left-footed players and his free kick was next level," said the fullback.
Nakamura, now 41, is playing with Yokohama FC.
On others he followed, Tierney also said: "It was Roberto Carlos. He was fast and strong and he was the left back I looked up to. When we were younger, we tried to take a free kick like him and we tried to do what he did. I never succeeded."
