The agent of AC Milan midfielder Sandro Tonali has ducked questions about interest from Newcastle United.

Newcastle are said to have opened talks with Milan for the young midfielder this week.

Agent Giuseppe Riso attended a meeting between Juventus and Sassuolo over another of his clients, Davide Frattesi, yesterday.

Asked about the Tonali news, Riso said: “I came to talk about Frattesi."

Quizzed about the interest of Juve, Roma, AC Milan and Inter in Frattesi, Riso added: “Let's say that they are all more or less at the same point, perhaps one is slightly further ahead."
