Arsenal are set to make Joel Campbell available for loan.
The Mirror says Campbell is well down the pecking order at the Emirates and is frustrated at not playing more, especially when they wouldn't let him go out on loan last summer.
Benfica and Inter Milan are keen on the 22-year-old who may stay in the Premier League to try and adapt to English football.
Campbell, whose contract expires in 2016, has already had loan spells at Lorient, Real Betis and Olympiacos.
