The agent of Alvaro Arbeloa admits offers are arriving for the Real Madrid youth coach.

However for now, Arbeloa is committed to his job.

Agent Oscar Ribot told Ok Diario: "Whenever the club has needed him, he has been there and that is not easy. Arbeloa became a coach for him, only for him, because he left football and he set out his future.

"Florentino Pérez did not hesitate to make him ambassador and then all the classes of the club fell in love with him for his way of being, his infinite dedication. Finally, being a coach is a challenge that he wanted to feel.

"I have no doubt that the next big name that will be in the world of soccer is going to be Álvaro."

Ribot also said: "He is a Ballon d'Or in the head. He has that mindset. He had it when he was a 13-year-old boy, when he came to Zaragoza, after signing for Real Madrid, going to Deportivo, jumping to Liverpool or returning home. That's what you have in Arbeloa and you will see. You will see the successes that he will have as a coach in his life."
